There is also a competitive streak in these people. If they decide they want something, they will fight to get it, in spite of the fact that they are, for the most part, peacemakers and peacekeepers. They believe in fairness and take an active role in keeping things fair and equal among those they work or associate with.
They also enjoy working with others in a business environment. They can communicate well and are natural merchants. When they are highly motivated, there is little they cannot achieve. They do need to develop confidence in themselves, however, if they are to realize their ambitions.
